| 1 | Application on letter head of the firm/company alongwith a copy of the project report shall be required to be submitted |
| 2 | The project should be non-polluting in nature and not on the banned list of Director of Industries/DC SSI. |
| 3 | A list of the permissible projects has been given on website of the Authority i.e. noidaauthorityonline.com. |
| 4 | In case of addition of project, only homogeneous projects are allowed to be set up. |
| 5 | Change of project is not permitted in Institutional plot/premises. |
