Requirements/Enclosures Application on plain paper (on letter head of Firm/Company/ Society/ Trust as the case may be) can be submitted by the Power of Attorney holder in the concerned office alongwith the following documents:- 1 A certified copy of the Power of Attorney given by the allottee. 2 No dues certificate regarding upto date payment of dues from concerned Accounts Officer. 3 An affidavit by the Power of Attorney holder declaring relationship with the allottee, such as father/son/mother/daughter/husband/wife. 4 If the Power of Attorney holder does not fall into the relationship stated at sl. (iii) above then he shall be required to give an affidavit explaining reasons for becoming Power of Attorney Holder and to swear that no direct or indirect transaction in any form has been done by him with regard to purchase of the plot/premises. 5 If the Power of Attorney Holder shall be unable to give the affidavit stated at sl. V COMMERCIAL Transfer within the blood relatives of registered GPA Holder, 1.5 times of normal transfer charges, other than blood relatives of registered GPA Holder 2 times of normal transfer charges shall be applicable. VI INSTITUTIONAL Transfer within the blood relatives of registered GPA Holder, 1.5 times of normal transfer charges, other than blood relatives of registered GPA Holder 2 times of normal transfer charges shall be applicable. 6 Transfer charges deposited as above shall be adjusted against the prevailing transfer charges when the GPA Holder applies for transfer of the plot/premises in favour of his son/father/mother/daughter/husband/ wife. No interest on the transfer charges deposited shall be paid while adjusting them in future. 7 Payment deposit challan about payment of transfer charges in Noida’ account in one of the authorized banks shall be required to be enclosed in original.
